Two Carat Studs Giveaway - Official Rules

By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Ultimate Diamond Co. (“Ultimate Diamond”), 19 W 47th Street, New York, NY 10036 (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Ultimate Diamond, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on December 1, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit a valid email address via the official entry form during the Giveaway Period.

·        Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

·        No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

·        Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or generated by automated means (including but not limited to scripts, bots, or sweepstakes services) will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one pair of 2+ carat total weight 14k white gold round shape stud earrings (approximate retail value “ARV”: 1,950.00 USD).

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

·        One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

·        Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

·        The potential winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days after the end of the Giveaway Period.

·        The potential winner may be required to complete and return an eligibility affidavit, liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release within a time period specified by Sponsor.

·        If the potential winner does not respond within fifteen (15) days of notification, fails to complete required documents, or is found ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Rights Granted

By entering, participants grant Ultimate Diamond a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their name, city and state of residence, submitted entry, and any associated content (including photos, videos, or comments) for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Ultimate Diamond, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with:

·        Participation in the giveaway or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize

·        Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries

·        Technical errors, malfunctions, interruptions, or failures of any kind

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social platform.

9. Privacy and Marketing Consent

Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and in accordance with Ultimate Diamond’s Privacy Policy.

By entering, participants consent to receive marketing emails, product updates, and promotional offers from Ultimate Diamond. Participants may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any email communication. Unsubscribing will not affect the validity of any entry submitted before unsubscribing.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

11. Governing Law

This giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By participating, entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York for any disputes arising under or related to this giveaway.
