What we cover

• Complimentary cleaning, stone tightening, and inspection for the life of your piece.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, loss, theft, accidental damage, chemical exposure, bent settings, prong wear, and any third-party alterations or repairs.
• We recommend personal jewelry insurance for loss, theft, or accidents.

Ring sizing

• One complimentary resize within 1 year of delivery when structurally possible.
• Additional resizes are available at a quoted service rate plus shipping.

How to make a warranty claim

• Email photos, your order number, and a short description of the issue.
• If the issue is covered, we repair or replace it.
• If not covered, we send a clear estimate before any work.

Care recommendation

We recommend an annual inspection to keep your piece in top shape and catch maintenance needs early.
